Ensuring that our patients receive high quality care is the goal of our practice; therefore, we offer several financial options for payment. Please, read below and find what best fits your budget.
Cash or Check:
- We offer a 5% cash courtesy for payment in full at time of service or before dental treatment begins, excluding routine dental visits (cleaning, exams, x-rays). This is payment of the total charge of the dental treatment, not the patient’s estimated portion. If insurance is involved, assignment of benefit will be mailed to the patient as reimbursement.
- Debit or Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover)
Financing:
- Care Credit: various options -- 3, 6, and 12 month same as cash No Interest financing - extended financing up to 48 months with 13.90% interest for $1000.00 minimum financed. (subject to credit approval)
- When using care credit financing, the full treatment charge is applied to the patient’s Care Credit account. If insurance is involved, assignment of benefit will be mailed to the patient as reimbursement.
In Office Financing:
- Multiple visit treatment: ½ is due at the first appointment and ½ at completion of treatment
- 3 monthly payments: pre-pay all three payments as “hold” checks or pre-signed charge slips.
Total Payment for all dental treatment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
