Yes. We take diagnostic digital photos of your mouth as part of your routine dental exam. Then we will discuss the options available to you, using our CAESY Patient Education system and digital imaging software. You will be delighted to discover the possibilities of your smile.
Yes, we love it when our patients show their confidence in us by referring their family members and friends. In fact, we find that our best new patients come through referrals from our existing patients.
Although we are not preferred providers in any dental insurance program, we will be happy to work with you to maximize the benefits you receive under your dental insurance plan. As a courtesy to you, we will file the insurance claims, and we do accept assignment of benefits (to minimize out of pocket expenses).
As a commitment to our patients, we do not enter into any contractual agreements with insurance companies because that limits our ability to offer what is best to our patients. We feel strongly that proper treatment for each person is determined by the doctor and the patient, not corporate consultants who live thousands of miles away.
Please be aware that insurance usually does not pay for the entire cost of your treatment. We ask that you pay any balances at the time you receive service.
We want to make dental treatment as affordable as possible for you. We accept cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). We do offer some limited, in-house payment options for more extensive treatments. We also work with CareCredit, which offers 12 month, interest-free financing with approved credit, as well as other low-interest options for more extended payment periods.
Your safety is important to us, so we take every precaution to ensure it. We have state-of-the-art sterilizing equipment, and we carefully follow all guidelines for safety and sterilization procedures. Our staff members have all the necessary continuing education to ensure a clean and sterile office.
We set aside adequate time to understand your individual needs. We believe our patients are served best by developing a lifetime strategy for oral health. When our patients come with a specific need, we address that need, but we also investigate why the issue occurred and how to prevent it in the future. Yes, there are several things that we can do. First, we help you relax by taking extra time with you – we won't rush you or make you feel pressured in any way. We'll also plan your procedures carefully to make sure that you're comfortable during your visit.
We offer nitrous oxide during treatments and, for the particularly fearful, oral sedation. Conscious sedation helps you relax completely, putting you in a dream-like state during your treatment.
